I live in Antibes,
on the French Riviera. The picture to the right shows a view of Vieil
Antibes. Before that I lived in New York City, first in Manhattan and

I am currently looking for work in the Antibes
area. I have a great deal of experience in sales and marketing of both
technology and art, as my resume shows. In
fact, I used to own a folk art gallery called Alternative Art Source in
Greenwich Village. I have always been a keen amateur chef, but recently
my interest reached a whole new level. I studied Italian cuisine with Anna
Teresa Callen, followed by courses in nutrition and vegetarian
cooking at the Natural
Gourment School. Most recently I completed an intensive culinary
course at the New
School in New York City. I am currently a private chef and teacher
of cooking, but I would love to gain more professional experience
working for a restaurant or cooking school, or on a yacht! |

with Food. Playing With Food is about expressing creativity and the
imagination through cooking, while learning sharing and cooperation,
discipline and organization. Most of all, it is about having fun with
food! The program is geared to children aged 5 and up. Playing With Food
welcomes children with or without their parents, and parents with or
without their children. Classes will be small, with no more than four
pupils at a time. |
